Mrs. Sonali Shah has been a Yoga Practitioner since the age of 13, with different perceptions of the art through every new phase of her life. Her journey began as an Interior Designer, which was followed by a few other ventures, but she decided to pursue Yoga after she saw the impact it had on her and couldn't help but commit to her passion. She believe in living a life free of judgement, filled with joy and gratitude. These feelings inform and guide her teaching and practice, which is focused on helping her students better connect to themselves and their surroundings. Our Founder, Mrs. Sonali Shah has a reputation for her abilities in hosting a captivating experience. She hosts an extremely unique and specific class which caters to the needs of each individual present. She focuses on an art which she believes is not emphasized on enough which is Posture Correction, and has specialized in the same. She has been recognized for her energetic classes, which are known to give this sense of fulfillment.

OUR GOAL

Wellness Yoga Cafe, the name may sound a little deceptive unless you know the thought behind it. The Goal of WYC is to create a community for the wellness of one and all, and a café could be a great means to do the same. One of the bigger goals for us is to be able to bring together everyone who would like to learn and share their experiences. Needless to say providing a service to the community is the ultimate goal!
